Live chat and lead capture
Turn anonymous website visitors into named, contactable leads
Live chat for a website in Saudi Arabia does one commercially useful thing: it converts an anonymous visitor into a named person with a contact number, before they leave. Revneura installs an Arabic-first chat and lead capture widget on your site, configures what it asks, and routes every conversation to WhatsApp, your phone or your inbox.
You answer the ones that need you. It is included in every plan from SAR 1,099 per month, and it does not slow your site down — which is the reason most chat widgets get removed within a month of installation.
We will look at your current site and tell you whether chat is the highest-value thing to add, or whether something else is.
01 The arithmetic
What lead capture actually changes
You already paid for the visitor. The ad spend, the SEO work, the referral — the cost is sunk by the time they land on your page. If they leave without contacting you, you have no way to reach them, no idea what they wanted and nothing to follow up.
Chat changes that arithmetic in a narrow but valuable way. A visitor with a question that the page does not answer has two options: ask, or leave. Most leave. A widget that appears at the right moment and asks the right first question converts a meaningful share of the “leave” group into a name and a number.
The second effect is slower and worth more: the questions people ask in chat tell you exactly what your page failed to say. That feeds directly back into the page.
02 Language and layout
Arabic-first chat, not a translated widget
A widget with a machine-translated Arabic greeting is instantly recognisable to a Saudi visitor, and it signals that the business is not really set up to serve them. We write the chat copy natively in Arabic and natively in English — greetings, qualifying questions, out-of-hours message and handover lines.
Layout matters as much as language. Right-to-left is not a mirrored stylesheet and a hope; the widget, the input field, the send control and the message bubbles all have to read correctly in Arabic. We check this on real devices rather than trusting a theme setting.
03 Qualification
Qualifying before a human is involved
The widget asks a short, deliberate set of questions before anyone on your team is interrupted. What are you looking for. Which district are you in. When do you need it. Name and number.
Two rules govern that set. Keep it short — every additional field costs you completions. And ask only what changes what happens next; a question whose answer you would not act on is a question that should not be there.
The result is that your team opens conversations that are already half-qualified, instead of starting every one with “how can I help?”
04 Handover
Handover to WhatsApp, phone or inbox
Chat is a starting point, not a destination. Nobody wants to sit on your website waiting for a reply, and in this market the conversation belongs on WhatsApp.
So the widget hands over. The visitor’s question, name and number move to whichever channel you actually work in, and the thread continues there — which also means the conversation survives the visitor closing the tab. The mechanics of that channel, including templates and automated sequences, are on our WhatsApp Business automation page.
Outside working hours the widget still captures. The visitor gets an honest acknowledgement with a response time rather than a fake “typing…” indicator, and the lead is waiting for you in the morning. The same principle covers the phone: a call that rings out is handled by missed-call text-back, so a missed contact never depends on the customer trying again.
05 Performance
Why our chat widget does not slow your site down
This is the section most chat vendors avoid. A typical third-party chat widget loads a large JavaScript bundle on every page view, for every visitor, whether or not anyone ever opens it. That cost lands on your Core Web Vitals, which affects both what visitors experience and how the page performs in search.
We load a lightweight placeholder instead — the visible button and nothing else. The full chat application downloads only when a visitor actually interacts with it. The overwhelming majority of visitors never open chat, so the overwhelming majority of visitors never pay for it.
If we install chat on a site we did not build, we measure page performance before and after and show you both numbers. If the widget costs more than it returns, we will tell you.

07 FAQ
Common questions
Is it a chatbot or a real person?
Both, in sequence. The widget handles the greeting, the qualifying questions and common answers automatically; a person takes over when the conversation needs judgment. You decide where that line sits.
Who answers the chats?
You or your team, in whichever channel you already work. We are not a call centre and we do not answer your customers as you — we build and run the system that gets the conversation to you qualified. If you need staffed coverage, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly that it is outside what we sell.
Will it annoy visitors?
It can, if it is configured badly — an instant pop-up on page load with a fake typing indicator is the pattern people hate. Ours appears based on behaviour rather than a timer, closes properly, and stays closed.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, and mobile is the priority, because that is where most Saudi traffic is. The widget is sized and placed so it does not cover your call button or your checkout controls, which is a common and expensive default.
Can I use it on a website you did not build?
Yes. We install it on most common platforms, including Salla, Zid, Shopify and WordPress. We will check your site’s current speed first and tell you what the widget costs you in performance before we add it.
What happens to the data?
It is yours. Conversations and captured leads can be exported at any time, and you keep them if you cancel.
