What we need from you, and when
Projects slip for one reason: waiting. Here is everything we will ask for, so you can get it ready before we start.
- Domain and hosting access (or permission to set both up)
- Logo files, brand colours and fonts, if they exist
- Product or service list with prices
- Photography, or a decision to commission it
- One named decision-maker who can approve
- Commercial registration and VAT details for payment setup

Straight answers
Why is the price a range starting point and not fixed?
Because scope decides price. The starting figure covers the scope described on this page. After the call you get a written quote with a fixed price and fixed milestones, and it does not move unless you change the scope in writing.
Salla, Zid or Shopify — which one?
It depends on your catalogue size, payment and shipping needs, whether you need deep local integrations, and what your team can operate. We recommend one and explain the trade-off. We do not get paid more for either answer.

Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes. Domain, hosting, store, app listings and analytics accounts are registered in your name and stay yours.
What happens after launch?
The growth systems keep running on a monthly plan. Beyond that, you get a defined post-launch support window on every project, stated in your contract.
Can you work with my existing developer or agency?
Yes, if responsibilities are written down. We will tell you on the call where the line sits and who owns what.
Do you do the marketing as well?
The systems plans cover the follow-up and retention side. Running the campaigns is not a Revneura service at any tier — it is Walieldin Taher’s separate practice, with twelve years and multi-million-riyal budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat behind it. Custom work is the route to it.
