Booking, reminders and reactivation
Customers book themselves, remember to show up, and come back
An appointment booking system in Saudi Arabia should do three jobs, not one: let the customer book without phoning you, remind them so they turn up, and bring them back when they lapse. Most booking tools do the first and stop.
Revneura sets up all three, writes the messages in Arabic and English, connects them to your calendar and your WhatsApp, and operates the whole thing for you. Included in the GROWTH plan from SAR 1,999 per month.
Bring your no-show rate to the call. It is usually the fastest number to move.
01 Job one
How online booking works for your business
The customer sees your real availability — your hours, your services, your staff, your branch — and picks a slot. It lands in your calendar. They get a confirmation immediately.
What that removes is the phone negotiation: the call at a bad moment, the “let me check and call you back” that never happens, the double booking, the slot held for someone who never confirms. It also removes the hardest constraint on a small business, which is that bookings can only be taken while somebody is free to answer. A booking page takes them at midnight.
Setup covers the parts that make or break it in practice: buffer time between appointments, different durations per service, staff or room availability, blocked periods, prayer times and your actual working week.
02 Job two
Cutting no-shows with automatic reminders
A no-show is a slot you cannot resell and a cost you already carried. Most of them are not deliberate — the customer booked two weeks ago and forgot.
The reminder sequence is short and deliberate: a confirmation at the moment of booking, a reminder the day before, and a final one on the day. Each carries a one-tap option to confirm, reschedule or cancel — the cancel option included deliberately, because a slot cancelled in time is a slot you can fill, and a customer who cannot cancel easily simply does not show up.
Messages are written natively in Arabic and English, and they go out on WhatsApp, which is where they get read. Reschedules write straight back to your calendar.
03 Job three
Reactivating lapsed customers automatically
This is the part that pays for the plan, and the part almost nobody runs.
You already have a list of people who bought from you once and have not come back. Nothing is being sent to them. The reactivation sequence identifies customers past a threshold you set — ninety days for a salon, six months for a clinic, a year for a workshop — and sends them a reason to return, in their language, on the channel they use.
There is no acquisition cost on that list. It is the cheapest revenue available to most of the businesses reading this page, and it is sitting untouched.
04 Who it is configured for
Built for clinics, salons, workshops and service businesses
The mechanics differ by business, and the configuration reflects that:
Clinics and medical centres
Per-practitioner availability, service-length variation, pre-visit instructions, follow-up appointment prompts.
Salons, spas and barbers
Per-stylist booking, deposit handling where you use one, high-frequency reactivation cycles.
Workshops and vehicle services
Drop-off and collection slots, service-interval reminders.
Professional services
Consultation slots, document requests before the meeting, proposal follow-up.
Home services
Service-area check at the point of booking, arrival windows rather than fixed times.
If your business is not in that list and customers book time with you, it applies. We will confirm the fit on the call.
05 Connections
Connecting booking to WhatsApp and to your calendar
Bookings sync to the calendar your team already uses, so nobody maintains a second system. Confirmations and reminders travel over the channel set up on our WhatsApp Business automation page — the same number your customers already message you on.
The end of an appointment is also the single best trigger available to a business for another purpose: it is the moment to ask for a review. That handoff is covered on our Google reviews management page, and connecting the two is why the pair works better than either alone.

07 FAQ
Common questions
Will this replace my current booking system?
Not necessarily. If what you have works and your team knows it, we connect the reminders and reactivation to it rather than forcing a migration. We will tell you on the call which is the better call for you, including when the answer is to keep what you have.
Does it take payments or deposits at booking?
Deposits can be configured where your business uses them, subject to your payment provider. Tell us what you accept today and we will confirm what is possible rather than assume.
What if a customer prefers to phone?
They still phone, and nothing stops them. Online booking is an additional door, not a replacement one — and when that phone call goes unanswered, missed-call text-back catches it.
Can it handle more than one branch?
Multi-branch and multi-location setup is part of the SCALE plan at SAR 3,499 per month, including routing each booking to the right branch calendar.
How much do no-shows actually drop?
We will not publish a percentage we cannot evidence. What we can tell you is the mechanism — confirmation, day-before reminder, same-day reminder, easy reschedule — and that we report your own no-show rate monthly so you can see the change on your own numbers rather than on ours.
What does a reactivation message say?
It depends on the business, and we write it with you. It is usually a reason rather than a discount — a service interval that has come due, a new treatment, a seasonal moment. Discounting your way back to a lapsed customer trains them to wait for the discount.
