Google reviews management

Get more Google reviews without chasing customers yourself

Google reviews management in Saudi Arabia is the job of asking every customer for a review at the moment they are most satisfied, in the language they speak, through the channel they already use — and doing it consistently, forever. Revneura builds that funnel into your business and runs it for you.

You do not send the messages, chase the non-responders or monitor the profile. We do, and the result shows up as review volume on your Google Business Profile and as a line in your monthly report. It is part of every growth plan, from SAR 1,099 per month.

On the call we will look at your current Google profile and tell you what is realistic in ninety days.

01 How the funnel runs

How the review funnel works

Four steps, running automatically after every completed job.

01

Trigger

The job closes, the appointment ends or the order is delivered. That event starts the sequence — not a manual decision by someone on your team who is already busy.

02

Ask

The customer receives a short message in Arabic or English, matched to how you served them. It arrives within the window where they still remember the experience, not a week later.

03

Route

One tap takes them to your Google Business Profile review box. No app install, no account creation step, no landing page in between. Every step you add between the ask and the review box costs you reviews.

04

Follow up once

Non-responders get a single reminder. One. A second reminder annoys the customer you just made happy, and we would rather keep the customer than gain the review.

02 Recency

Why review recency matters, not just the total

A buyer comparing two businesses in Riyadh does not count reviews. They read the top few and check the dates. Forty reviews with the newest from 2023 reads as a business that used to be good. Twelve reviews with four from this month reads as a business people are using right now. That is a reader behaviour you can observe on any profile, and it is why this funnel is built to produce a steady flow rather than a one-off push.

Whether Google itself weights recency in local ranking is a separate question, and we will not make a claim about ranking mechanics we cannot evidence. What we will say is that a steady flow of recent reviews is what buyers respond to, and that it is the only review pattern a business can sustain without resorting to the tactics in the next section.

03 Language and timing

Asking in Arabic, at the right moment

The request messages are written natively in Arabic and natively in English — not one translated into the other. A machine-translated review request reads as a mass send, and a customer who can tell it was automated is less likely to do you the favour.

Timing is configured per business type, because the moment of peak satisfaction is not the same everywhere. A clinic patient is most positive shortly after leaving. A contractor’s customer needs the work to have held up for a few days. A restaurant guest is most likely to respond the same evening. We set the delay with you during onboarding and adjust it once we see response rates.

04 The private path

Unhappy customers reach you before they reach the profile

Every customer in the sequence gets the chance to tell you privately how it went first. If the answer is poor, the message opens a conversation with you instead of ending in a review box — so you can fix the problem while it is still fixable.

Read the sentence above carefully, because the distinction matters: the private path is offered to everyone and blocks nobody. Any customer can still leave a public review at any time, and we do not suppress, filter or divert them. Systems that only invite satisfied customers to review — “review gating” — are a policy problem, not a clever tactic, and we do not build them. The value here is operational: you hear about the bad experience on the day it happens rather than reading about it on your profile a week later.

05 The limits we keep

What we do not do

  • No bought reviews. Not from a service, not from a marketplace, not ever.
  • No incentivised reviews. No discount, no entry to a draw, no free coffee in exchange for a rating.
  • No reviews from staff, family or friends.
  • No gating, per the section above.

This is not squeamishness. Reviews obtained this way put the profile itself at risk, and a profile that gets cleaned or suspended takes every legitimate review with it. The reviews we build take longer and they survive.

07 The wider stack

Where this connects

The review request is only as good as the trigger behind it, which is why this works best next to the appointment booking system — a completed booking is the cleanest signal that a job is done and the customer is ready to be asked. Delivery runs through the same channel as the rest of your customer messaging, set up on our WhatsApp Business automation page.

08 FAQ

Common questions

How many Google reviews will I get?

We will not give you a number, and be careful with anyone who does. Review volume depends on how many customers you serve, how satisfied they are and how you serve them — none of which a review funnel changes. What the funnel changes is the share of satisfied customers who are actually asked, which today is usually close to zero. We will estimate a realistic range on the call using your own customer volume.

Can you remove a bad review?

No, and nobody honestly can. Google removes reviews that violate its policies, and we will help you report one that does. A review that is simply negative and genuine stays. The practical answer is to respond to it well and to bury it under recent, real ones.

Do you reply to reviews for me?

Response drafting is part of the service on GROWTH and SCALE. You approve replies before they post, because a review response is your voice, not ours.

What if I do not have a Google Business Profile yet?

We set it up during onboarding at no extra cost, and you own it. Note that Google requires a verifiable business address or service area for a profile, so this is one of the first things we check on the call.

Does this work for a business with several branches?

Yes, with one profile per branch, which is how Google expects multi-location businesses to be structured. Multi-branch setup sits in the SCALE plan at SAR 3,499 per month.

How long before I see reviews coming in?

The funnel goes live within days of onboarding, and the first reviews arrive as soon as your first customers complete service after that. The compounding effect — a profile that visibly gains reviews every month — takes a quarter to become obvious to someone comparing you with a competitor.
