Monthly reporting dashboard
You see what the system produced, every month, in plain language
A marketing reporting dashboard is only useful if it answers one question: did this make money. Revneura’s monthly report shows the calls you received and recovered, the leads captured, the bookings made, the reviews collected and the revenue tied to them — with a short written note on what changed and what we are adjusting next.
It is not a screenshot of a platform you did not ask for, and it is not a forty-page deck. It is included in the GROWTH plan from SAR 1,999 per month.

01 Five numbers
What the dashboard shows
Five numbers, every month, with the previous month beside them:
Calls
Received, missed, and recovered by missed-call text-back.
Leads
Captured through the site, chat and WhatsApp, with the source of each.
Bookings
Made, completed, no-shows, and reactivated customers.
Reviews
Requested, received, and your current rating.
Revenue impact
What those activities are attributed to, with the attribution method stated.
Plus one thing a dashboard normally leaves out: a written paragraph, in plain language, saying what moved, what did not, and what we are changing next month.
02 One view
Leads, calls, bookings and reviews in one place
The reason this exists as a system rather than a spreadsheet is that the numbers live in five different places by default. Call data sits with your phone system. Chat leads sit in the widget. Bookings sit in the calendar. Reviews sit on your Google profile. Revenue sits in your accounting.
Nobody running a business reconciles five sources monthly. So it does not get done, and decisions get made on impressions instead — which campaign felt busy, which month felt slow.
We pull them into one view, on a fixed date each month, so the comparison is the same every time. The consistency matters more than the sophistication: a simple number measured the same way every month is worth far more than an elaborate one measured differently each time.
03 The loop
What we change based on what it shows
The report is not a receipt. It is the input to the next month’s work, which is why it exists in a service rather than in a tool you would have to read yourself.
Concretely: if review requests are going out and conversions are low, we change the timing or the wording, both covered on the Google reviews management page. If chat conversations start but do not produce contact details, we change the question set on the live chat and lead capture widget. If no-shows rise, we change the reminder sequence in the booking and reactivation system. If leads arrive but nobody replies fast enough, we change the routing and sequences on the WhatsApp Business automation side.
That loop is the Optimize step of the SCALE framework, and the report is what makes it possible to run it on evidence rather than opinion.
04 Limits
Where the data comes from, and what it cannot tell you
Every honest report has a limitations section. Here is ours.
What it measures well: things that happen inside systems we operate. A call that rang out and was recovered. A lead that came through the chat widget. A booking made online. A review request sent and a review received. These are counted directly, not modelled.
What it measures approximately: attribution — which channel deserves credit for a customer who saw an ad, searched your name, asked a friend and then called. Any report claiming certainty here is overstating. We state the attribution method used and its limits rather than presenting a modelled number as a fact.
What it cannot measure: walk-ins with no digital trace, word of mouth, offline deals closed in person, and revenue recorded only in your accounting system unless you connect it. If someone promises you a complete picture of revenue attribution for a small business, they are selling confidence rather than measurement.
Being clear about this costs us nothing and saves an argument in month three.

06 FAQ
Common questions
Can I see the data whenever I want, or only monthly?
A read-only dashboard view is available on request. The monthly report exists because a live dashboard nobody opens is not reporting — the written read is the part that changes decisions.
Do you report on ad performance too?
Ad performance appears in the report where we are running the campaigns. If your media is run by someone else, we report what the systems produced and leave their numbers to them rather than re-cutting data we did not collect.
What if the numbers are bad?
They go in the report, with the reason and what we are changing. A report that only shows good months is a marketing document, not a measurement one — and you would stop trusting it by the second quarter anyway.
Can it connect to my accounting system or CRM?
CRM integration is part of the SCALE plan at SAR 3,499 per month. Accounting connections depend on what you use; tell us on the call and we will confirm what is realistic instead of assuming.
Who reads it to me?
On GROWTH, the written commentary is the walkthrough. On SCALE, the quarterly conversion sprint includes a live review session. Either way you can ask questions and get an answer from the person who did the work.
Do I keep the data if I cancel?
Yes. Request an export at any time and it is yours, including if you leave.
